Planned Maintenance - Starting 1st October 2011

As well as our continuing program of updating our servers, it has been decided move all of our servers, new and old, from IP House in Docklands, which we have used since 2008, to a newly built, fully redundant, data centre outside the M25 that better meets our needs. This change was started on Saturday 1st October 2011 and will continue for several days. The change of data centre will involve another change of IP addresses for all of our servers. There will be no loss of service on websites and no loss of emails during the changover.

clients picking up mail from 194.93.130.43 should change their incoming mailserver setting to 178.239.164.146

clients picking up mail from 194.93.130.47 should change their incoming mailserver settings to 178.239.164.147

clients picking up mail from 194.93.130.44 should change their incoming mailserver settings to 178.239.164.144

All of our websites which were formerly hosted at IP House have now been moved to the new data centre

Clients publishing their own website using FTP should change the FTP host addresses as follows:-

194.93.130.43 to 178.239.164.146
194.93.130.47 to 178.239.164.147
194.93.130.44 to 178.239.164.144.

The domains listed below in this column were on 194.93.130.44 and are now active on 178.239.164.147

All other domains formerly on 194.93.130.44 have now been moved temporarily to 178.239.164.144. These domains will be further migrated to a new upgraded server over the next few months. The owners of these websites will be notified individually as and when migration takes place
